E-File Dust Caps

Protect your e-file handpiece and help extend its lifespan with our essential E-File Dust Caps. Designed to reduce dust entering the handpiece, they are a simple but effective addition to your e-file routine.

How to use:

• Slide the dust cap onto your chosen drill bit before inserting it into the e-file handpiece.
• Ensure the wider end of the dust cap is positioned towards the handpiece.
• Adjust the dust cap to the desired position, leaving enough of the drill bit shaft exposed so it can lock securely into the handpiece.
• Make sure there is a small gap between the dust cap and the handpiece. The dust cap should never touch the handpiece, as this could prevent the drill bit from rotating freely.

For convenience, many technicians choose to keep a separate dust cap fitted to each drill bit, reducing the need to swap them between bits.
